This year our luxurious cruise ships EMERALD and SAPPHIRE will continue to upgrade the standard of cruising from Cyprus, where Louis Cruise Lines has been offering cruise vacations for the last 23 years.

Thousands of Cypriots and tourists have already traveled and enjoyed cruising with SAPPHIRE, which has 8 decks and accommodates 650 passengers in 288 cabins.

Facilities include a swimming pool, a library, a casino, 5 elevators, a show lounge and a cinema.

The luxurious EMERALD will significantly enhance cruises out of Cyprus, since this is the first time a cruise ship of this standard will operate regular programs from Limassol. EMERALD offers elegant public areas and can accommodate 1198 passengers in 500 spacious cabins all including T.V., hairdryer and most of them a fridge. EMERALD has 10 decks on which there are a number of restaurants, 5 bars, a show lounge, a disco, a large casino, a swimming-pool, a Jacuzzi, spa and beauty salon and a library.

Please find below a short summary of our cruise program:

SAPPHIRE

From April 30th we have scheduled a variety of 3-day weekend cruises to various destinations such as Santorini, Ayios Nikolaos (Crete), Kalymnos, Kastellorizo, Rhodes, Lebanon and Syria. SAPPHIRE will also operate a 2-day cruise to Lebanon and a 3-day cruise to the Holy Land (overnight).

From May 18th to October 2nd SAPPHIRE will operate a number of 4-day cruises to the Greek Islands with calls to Mytilene, Patmos, Samos, Piraeus, Kos and Rhodes. We have also scheduled two 5-day cruises to popular destinations such as Mykonos, Santorini, Ayios Nikolaos and Nafplio, as well as three 7-day cruises with calls to Thessaloniki (overnight), Volos, Kavala and Mytilene. For the first time this year we also visit Constantinoupolis and Ancient Ephesus.

In October SAPPHIRE will operate a 12-day cruise to Italy (including visits to Sicily, Sardenia, Rome and Naples) and the South of France (Nice) where we offer an excursion to the famous Monaco and Monte Carlo.

A 13-day cruise will follow with an overnight visit to magnificent Barcelona where we offer a fantastic excursion program covering the major city highlights (Sagrada Familia, Park Guell, the Spanish Village), as well as a Flamenco show in the evening. During this cruise we also visit exciting destinations such as Palma de Mallorca, Malta, Tunisia and Corsica.

EMERALD

From July 3rd the EMERALD will operate 5-day and 6-day cruises to Greece and the Greek Islands, as well as 3-day cruises on the weekends. EMERALD’s program includes destinations such as cosmopolitan Mykonos and Corfu, beautiful Paros and Samos and Thessaloniki.

EMERALD’s program also offers a 2-day cruise to Lebanon on September 11th followed by a 4-day cruise to Rhodes, Piraeus and Ayios Nikolaos on September 13th.
